Deliverables:

D5.1 – After-LIFE RENATA Sustainability Plan

D5.2 – Replication and Exploitation Plan

D5.3 – Transformation feasibility assessment

WP5 is dedicated to ensuring the long-term sustainability and replication potential of the LIFE RENATA project. The key objectives include:

  • developing a comprehensive strategy to enable the continued use and further development of project outcomes and results at the regional governance level
  • effectively disseminating and communicating project results after its closure
  • enhancing replicability and transferability; a concrete plan will be created to support the utilisation of the project’s outcomes by authorities and stakeholders of other Emerald sites in the Republic of Moldova

The measurable results of WP5 will include an After-LIFE Sustainability Plan, a Replication and Transfer plan, and a transformation feasibility assessment. The overarching goal is to provide guidance and enhance competencies for establishing Natura 2000 sites, fostering cooperation between Moldova and the EU. The project aims to replicate and build upon the efforts and deliverables of WP2, WP3, and WP4, which offer a comprehensive framework for Emerald/Natura 2000 planning and management. The project will share challenges and solutions with the public, providing valuable insights for Emerald to Natura 2000 transition. The foundational principles established in the project’s work packages will serve as a guide for achieving habitat and species protection in alignment with EU Nature directives and a transferability tool for additional project results. Together with the proposed Roadmap and project technical output, it will form a decision and technical framework for future steps.
